About Me

My mother, Feodoria

Our ancestors greeted the long boat that came ashore from
the Explorer Captain James Cook in 1778, in the cask was
coins and a list of the names of the men that came ashore.
They took possession of our property and hence the name
Nicoli Point was then named forever as "Point Possession." Many years we spent looking for that treasure.

O.K. kids this is for you! A family favorite around our house... Follow the directions on the Mac and Cheese package. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Get the baking pan and pour the noodles into pan. Sprinkle with paprika (optional).

When I returned to the bowl, the glass had expanded and the lid was stuck tight on the bowl trapping the shallots inside! I was in a panic and almost started to cry; I worked too hard to peel those darn things and I wasn't going to serve my dinner without them! I pulled, tugged and beat on the bowl and lid when I had an inspiration...

Four sticks of veggies to assemble arms and legs. Veggie shape for torso can be your choice of shapes triangle, sphere, rectangle or square. For the head, slice the shape of a circle out of any vegetable. Make a face from the bits of veggies.
