Exclusive: The Absent Minded Secretary starring Mary Jane Dougherty absentmindedly missed her landing pad...
Did you ever have to write a story or make a speech about
surviving a major disaster? Did you find the emotion of that experience come to the surface, again? That happened to me as I wrote, "Great Alaskan Earthquake Survivor." Very glad during the writing process my husband, Mike who also was a survivor gave me a hug and told me not to jump up and run every time a heavy truck rumbled by the house. If you have a story to write or tell please know that if I can do it anybody can. Good luck! Mr. Walt Disney's Quote: "You can design and create, and build the most wonderful place in the world. But it takes people to make the dream a reality."
Mr. Walt Disney quote: When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionable."
March 27th, 1964 was the "Great Alaskan Earthquake" in which my family and I survived. Very thankful.
Mr. Walt Disney's quote: "The more you like yourself, the less you are like anyone else, which makes you unique."

Let the dawn of spring awaken us fresh and a new' O, the first blooms and the new buds of mother nature spring a feeling of light upon your life Happy Spring! Mary Jane Dougherty The Mis-Adventures of Trouser Bowser Professor of Bones, eBook Face to Face With John Lennon, eBook "Everything will be alright, you just need to study more. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Remember the Golden Rule." Remembering my teachers saying those things to our grade school class at Denali Elementary School in Anchorage, Alaska in the 1950's..
Teachers are the best! They are their to help, console, make you think and tell you to use your imagination. You go in the month of September and school is over in the month of May and something has happened. You're not the same person as you were...your teacher taught. Taught you a lot about your strengths and weaknesses. You gave your teacher a Christmas present or a birthday present and was received with a smile and a thank you. And their you leave in the month of May with a final good bye and a teachers proudest moment, sending you off to your next grade with a smile and maybe a tear. I have been so fortunate to have been able to volunteer in our children's and grandchild's classrooms over the years and witness this first hand. Just to wonderful. Remembering my teachers from grade school helps me to be a better person. Say, teacher can you peel my orange for me? Thank you. In 1932 at the age of 8, Sir George Martin took only eight piano lessons because he had an argument with his mother and teacher. Young George said he just picked it up by himself.
1943 at the age of 17 he joined the Fleet Air Army of the Royal Navy and became an aerial observer. The war ended. George Martin met with Brian Epstein who wanted Mr. Martin to sign with the Beatles. June 6, 1962 in Studio three at Abbey Road Studios. After meeting with John, Paul and George separately; Sir George Martin said that he would sign for their wit alone. |
